acc\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le snowpark est <strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ouvert \u00e0 partir de 17h jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fermeture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ice Mountain se r\u00e9serve le <strong>droit de fermer le snowpark, partiellement ou totalement, \u00e0 tout moment<\/strong>, sans pr\u00e9avis.<\/li>\n<li>La fermeture peut intervenir pour des <strong>raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, op\u00e9rationnelles, d\u2019affluence ou de force majeure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Les horaires indiqu\u00e9s sont <strong>indicatifs et non garantis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comportement &amp; sanctions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il est <strong>strictement interdit d\u2019ouvrir, d\u00e9placer ou retirer les filets de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bleus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Toute infraction peut entra\u00eener le <strong>retrait imm\u00e9diat du forfait ou de l\u2019abonnement<\/strong>, sans compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019utilisation du snowpark (modules et sauts) se fait <strong>enti\u00e8rement aux risques et p\u00e9rils de l\u2019utilisateur<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ice Mountain <strong>ne peut \u00eatre tenue responsable des accidents, blessures ou dommages<\/strong>, y compris aux skis, snowboards, v\u00eatements ou casques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aucune responsabilit\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre imput\u00e9e \u00e0 Ice Mountain<\/strong> suite \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation du snowpark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019utilisation du <strong>mat\u00e9riel de location Ice Mountain dans le snowpark est interdite<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Seul le <strong>mat\u00e9riel personnel<\/strong> est autoris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>NL |<\/strong><strong> Algemene voorwaarden \u2013 Snowpark<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Openingsuren &amp; toegankelijkheid<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het snowpark is <strong>doorgaans geopend vanaf 17u tot sluitingstijd<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ice Mountain behoudt zich <strong>op elk moment van de dag het recht voor om het snowpark geheel of gedeeltelijk te sluiten<\/strong>, zonder voorafgaande melding.<\/li>\n<li>Sluiting kan plaatsvinden om <strong>veiligheidsredenen, operationele redenen, drukte of overmacht<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>De vermelde openingsuren zijn <strong>richtlijnen en geen garantie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gedrag &amp; sancties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het <strong>zelf openen, verplaatsen of verwijderen van de blauwe veiligheidsnetten<\/strong> is strikt verboden.<\/li>\n<li>Overtreding kan leiden tot <strong>onmiddellijke inname van de skipas of het abonnement<\/strong>, zonder recht op compensatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Verantwoordelijkheid &amp;
